As a data science trainee, you will build on your expertise by working side-by-side with experienced data scientists and analytics experts in interdisciplinary teams in the different Bertelsmann divisions.

Over the course of 18 months, you will take a deep dive into a number of major data and analytics projects. You will work with diverse data sets from different industries, solve complex challenges and sharpen your proficiency and skills in different data tools and programming languages – all in an international setting. We foster collaboration and the exchange of knowledge throughout our divisions worldwide. That’s why we established our Bertelsmann Tech & Data Community to enable data specialists and business analytics experts from all Bertelsmann divisions to discuss the latest technology, skills and data trends on a regular basis. As a business analyst, data scientists or Machine Learning expert, you will be part of this data community and work together on new initiatives, attend events and foster exchange between the various business divisions.
