We are giving away 1 "Picnic" - Set!

Conditions of participation

On August 27, 2024, we will be giving away 1 "Picnic" - Kit on our Instagram page. Here you can find out how you can enter the competition and how the winner will be notified:

Duration: The competition will run from Tuesday, August 27, 2024, until midnight on Tuesday, September 3, 2024.

Eligibility: All followers of our Instagram page resident in Germany may participate. Participation is free of charge. Legal recourse is excluded.

Draw: The draw will take place on Wednesday, September 4, 2024 and the winner of the draw will be notified on that day.

Winner: The winner will be drawn among all those who have commented. In addition, participators must follow the accounts @bertelsmann_careers, comment and like the giveaway post. We will inform the winner by a direct message. Participants who have not won will not be informed. Each physical person may only enter the competition once. The prize is not transferable to third parties. Cash payment of the prize is excluded.

Data protection: By entering the competition, participants agree that their address details may be passed on to Bertelsmann in the event that they win, for the sole purpose of transmitting the prize. After this purpose has been fulfilled, the data will be deleted.

Liability: Any liability on the part of Bertelsmann SE & CO. KgaA for the existence of the technical requirements for timely participation in the competition or the dispatch of the prizes (permanent access to the internet pages where participation is possible or dispatch of the prizes by transport companies) is excluded.

Organizer: The competition is offered by Bertelsmann SE & CO. KgaA and is in no way connected with Instagram and is neither sponsored nor supported nor organized by Instagram. Participants may not assert any claims against Instagram arising in connection with participation in the competition.
