Gruner + Jahr
Entrepreneurial Thought and Action
Gruner + Jahr stands for independent, credible and self-reliant content of the highest quality. These characteristics can only flourish in a pluralistic and journalistically independent atmosphere. Yet journalistic freedom is impossible without economic independence. Hence Gruner + Jahr is guided by entrepreneurial thought and action as well as journalistic principles. Economic success and long-term profitability guarantee the journalistic quality of Gruner + Jahr's products.
All of the over 11,000 employees of Gruner + Jahr are committed to these principles. The five G+J divisions are exploring new fields and optimizing existing areas of business. By innovation and investment, Gruner + Jahr is ensuring that the economic and publishing success of Europe's largest magazine publishing company will remain viable in the future.
