Meet Heribert in Corporate Center
| Name: | Heribert |
| Company: | Bertelsmann AG |
| Title: | Head of Central Training and Education |
| Location: | Gütersloh/ Headquarter |
My life in a nutshell:
I was trained as a bank clerk.
I studied economics, social sciences, and German studies.
I was an established graduate secondary-school teacher at a business school.
My all-time favourite:
Three things I particulary value at Bertelsmann:Â Â Â Â
    Â
All of my colleagues with their wit, tolerance, and reliability, who are capable of leading productive and stimulating discussions in a company that considers its employees as partners.    Â
     Â
My favorite project at Bertelsmann:Â Â Â Â
    Â
I’ve had quite a number of favorite projects during the last years, which were carried out with many trainees. If you want to know more, just call me!     Â
      Â
What if you didn't work at Bertelsmann?
    Â
The only non-Bertelsmann job I’d be interested in is as manager of Borussia Moenchengladbach. They have been my favorite soccer team since I was young, and I’d love to see them again in the first division.
What is your all-time favorite movie?
My very own cult movie is Good Morning Vietnam. It's a mixture of comedy and drama, and it has a wonderful love story without a Hollywood happy end. The film shows the beginnings of the Americans’ involvement in Vietnam. Robin Williams is brilliant as the main character, the dialogues are excellent, and the music is great, too.
