My life in a nutshell:

I was born into a happy family with eight members altogether. I have five sisters, so my home is always filled with cheerful voices. My mother is really great!

In my childhood, another family—our neighbors—brought me up. This family was very nice to me and taught me how to be a positive person.

It was my dream to be able to study in a university. Luckily, I was able to go for three years and found friendship and love there. I hope I can go back very soon to further my education.

Describe your educational background. Where did you study? What degrees did you receive?

I graduated from the City University of Hong Kong in 1997 with a Bachelor of Arts (Honors) in Public and Social Administration.

What are your current current roles and responsibilities?

As an HR & Administration Officer, I am responsible for assisting and supervising an HR & Administration team and its functions. My major responsibilities are recruitment, training, staff supervision, vendors administration, and monitoring and conducting ad hoc HR projects, etc.

What has been your most memorable moment (so far) at your job?

I feel happy and get job satisfaction from assisting in the process of setting up an HR & Administration Department from the ground up, with its policies, regulations, forms and system.

If you could take a year off, what would you do?

If I was lucky enough to get the chance, I would study to develop and continue my interests, like taking a course in philosophy or piano (which I had abandoned in my youth).

What is your favorite spot in the world?

Although I like traveling and have visited a number of places around the world, one place that I cannot forget and love very much is Hong Kong, my birthplace. I grew up in this energetic and dynamic city, where most of my family members and friends still live.

What are the qualities that you admire most in a person?

I admire the person who possesses the qualities of love, politeness, honesty, and good character; however, I try to admire different people for their specific good qualities.

If you could meet anyone from history, living or dead, who would it be?

I would like to meet my parents, family members, and friends in their past time because I am excited to understand their characters in more detail and know about their histories.

What is your favorite book, movie, and artist?

Movie: Dead Poet Society. A movie that can teach me to be a brave and active person.
Artist: The Carpenters. Their songs are long-lasting and touching as well.
