In addition, Random House Korea aims at leading the cultural and industrial globalization of the Korean publishing industry by seeking ways for aggressive and direct entry into the Asian publishing market in cooperation with Random House Kodansha of Japan and Random House Beijing of China.
The launch of Random House Korea will provide opportunities to introduce the worldwide trends of the international publishing market and a variety of cultural contents to readers in Korea through the global network of Random House Publishing Group, with 170 subsidiaries in 17 countries worldwide. Moreover, it is expected to establish a bridgehead for actively introducing the excellent cultural capacity of Korea as well as writers and publishing contents to the Asian and worldwide publishing market.
